Khaled Banizama is the Industrial Development Director, responsible of industrial sub-sector development, strategic initiatives development and implementation, and policy creation among other responsibilities in Industrial Development Bureau (IDB) which was established under ADDED to develop and regulate the manufacturing sector in Abu Dhabi.
Khaled graduated with a business administration degree, and before joining the Department of Economic Development in 2009, he gained 23 years of experience in the public & private sector, working in executive positions at prominent companies such as Etisalat and involved in starting Al Nasser International group as well as leading real estate development companies as an Investment and Asset Director. The knowledge gained by Khaled in the private sector was then put to practice at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry where he acted as the head of international trade and promotion section, to help foster and promote business opportunities to regional and international investors.
Ibtisam AlSaadi is the Acting Head of Industrial Development section at the Industrial Development Bureau (IDB) and the project manager of Abu Dhabi Local Content at Department of Economic Development (ADDED).
Prior to joining ADDED, Ibtisam possess over 12 years’ experience leading business growth and development initiatives in the private sector, in addition to that she is a funding member of Kelna UAE Society, she also hold the award of Best Committee Chairman, Asian Judo Championship 2011.
Ibtisam holds Bachelors’ Degree in Business Information Technology from High College of Technology Abu Dhabi.

Ayman Elrafie is a supply chain professional with +10 years of experience across different supply chain functions and geographies. Wernick van Buuren started his career as a cheesemaker/production manager in a completely manual plant in rural Turkey in the 1980s. Over the next 35 years he developed into an experienced and versatile Operations and Supply Chain director. He joined Friesland Campina to build the first long-life dairy plant in China, rebuilt and re-organised its fresh dairy, ice cream and water operation in Guam and piloted the WCOM programme in cooperation with McKinsey in Thailand, where he rebuilt FC’s largest UHT factory. Wernick subsequently moved to the Middle East where he managed the supply chain and reorganisation of FC’s Jedda plant, before joining NFPC as its Operations Director, running all six plants, the supply chain and assisting in the design of the Kizad plant. Wernick currently works as the Manufacturing Director at a newly started business where he designs, builds and organises a completely automated plant for fresh and UHT products.
